Billet clamp lifting spreader
The Billet clamp lifting spreader mainly consists of seven parts: lifting beam, connecting rod, opening and closing mechanism, synchronizer, clamp arm, support plate, and clamp tooth. The connection form with the on-site crane can be designed and manufactured according to the actual situation.
The lifting beam part of the steel Billet clamp lifting spreader is a component connected to the crane hook, which has three types of structures: lifting ring shackle type connection, lifting spreader type connection, and lifting ear type connection. The lifting ring and shackle type connection of the lifting shaft improves the stress situation of the lifting tool, while also avoiding the phenomenon of unhooking during loading and unloading of steel billets, reducing the height of the lifting spreader, which is beneficial for use in low places.
The suspension shaft is connected with a sling, which allows the steel billet clamp to lift the lifting tool with good force. However, the lifting tool itself has a large height and needs to be used in tall places. When hanging the crane hook, manual assistance is needed to hook it. The lifting lug type connection suspension shaft requires the steel billet clamp to lift the lifting tool to the ground during the lifting operation, and the crane hook should be lowered until there is no force, and the crane driver should directly hook it up.
